I litigate cases in the area of tort and insurance law.  These cases involve lawsuits to recover damages for injuries to a person or property.  While the ultimate resolution of a lawsuit is a jury trial, I strive to provide my clients with options for most effectively and economically resolving their matter at each phase of the case. This includes risk identification and reduction, negotiation, and mediation or arbitration.

Time is money.  Attention to the economics of each case is essential to maximize results.  I work closely with my clients and their representatives to reach an acceptable resolution to avoid prolonged and expensive litigation.  If a lawsuit is filed, I counsel my clients and their representatives on quickly and economically resolving the case.  If an agreeable resolution is not reached, I will try the case in court. 

I incorporate state of the art technology into my legal practice to maximize production and minimize time.  My office is virtual, making my practice accessible any time and any place. This gives me an advantage over other similarly practicing attorneys and firms and allows me to pass these advantages onto my clients.
